What will you be doing?

• Guide & Collaborates : Guide team in implementing, optimizing and tracking results of all social media efforts - paid and organic. Collaborate with Planning on developing vendor-funded social programs. Collaborate with outside agencies on PR, influencer and paid media execution.
• Lead : Lead strategy on integrating social platforms into other customer engagement touch points. Develop social media strategies for Naturalizer & Ryka. Lead social innovation by expanding Naturalizer & Ryka's social footprint into new / relevant social platforms, as well as developing ground-breaking social media programs.
• Manage : Manage relationships with influencers and influencer agencies, and organize all incoming influencer content to be executed across social and paid platforms. Serves as the core social media contact for Naturalizer & Ryka.
• Partnership : Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop the social strategies, calendars and promotions that align with Naturalizer & Ryka's overall brand strategies. Responsible for weekly measurement and analysis of core business metrics; must prepare, analyze and present weekly status reports to senior leadership.
