What You'll Do
Who We Are Looking for : Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Workday PRISM Consultant to join our team supporting high-profile implementations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) environments. This role will work directly with the client to design, build, and deliver Workday PRISM reporting and analytics solutions that meet mission-critical data needs. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Workday\'s data architecture and PRISM Analytics, with experience in secure federal environments.
What You'll Do :
- Design, develop, and implement Workday PRISM Analytics solutions, including data pipelines, transformations, and visualizations tailored to DoD or IC requirements
- Serve as the Workday PRISM subject matter expert (SME) in a client-facing capacity
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable Workday PRISM reports and dashboards
- Optimize and manage data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes within Workday PRISM
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday PRISM and external data sources, maintaining compliance with DoD or IC security and data governance standards
- Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and composite reports within Workday
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Workday PRISM analytics
- Assist in Workday security setup for PRISM data access and governance, ensuring adherence to DoD security protocols
- Provide training and support to business users on Workday PRISM functionalities and best practices
- Stay current on Workday PRISM enhancements, releases, and industry best practices, especially as they relate to government and defense sector needs
- Support testing, training, and implementation of new systems or enhancements, coordinating with HR, finance, and other business stakeholders as needed
- Maintain documentation and support audit requirements for classified data environments
Required Experience / Qualifications
US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI clearance with Counterintelligence PolygraphWorkday PRISM Analytics and Reporting Certifications3+ years of experience in Workday PRISM Analytics implementation, development, and supportStrong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, and Workday ReportingExpertise in data transformation, data modeling, and ETL processes within Workday PRISMExperience integrating external data sources into Workday PRISMHands-on experience with Workday calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboardsKnowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence conceptsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven client-facing experienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fieldPreferred Experience / Skills

A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $86,356.00 - $178,096.00
