Trend Management is hiring : Creator Marketing Coordinator in Houston

Overview

Elevate assists our creator clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and sports industries with their social and affiliate marketing strategies. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for and interest in the rapidly expanding creator marketing industry. In this role, you will provide assistance to a team of Account Leads and Creative Leads to enable smooth and effective processes for our creator clients. This is a client-facing role. A successful candidate will exhibit strong communication and time-management skills and be nimble and organized in their tasks that directly impact client service processes.

Responsibilities

• Execution tasks for creators will include, but not be limited to :
• Product link sourcing for social & affiliate platform posts
• Affiliate storefront maintenance
• Update retailer sheet daily with new sales, product launches and promotions
• Choose product features based on most optimal conversion potential and commission earning potential per each creator client
• Handle sensitive client information with care and security with all business practices
• Remain up to date with client preferences, industry trends and retailer product launches and promotions
• Ensure data entry accuracy in Asana, our company-wide project management tool, and within creators’ individual platform accounts
• Communicate quickly and efficiently via Microsoft Teams, text message and email
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is always evolving
• Be a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to achieve team goals
