What This Job Involves
This position is a key leader on the Account core team responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting Project Management and Occupancy Planning functions. The role focuses on ensuring all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational uptime, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction, and service improvements while maintaining high client satisfaction and driving superior performance through excellent people management and cross-functional integration.
Your Day-To-Day Tasks Will Include :
- Ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational uptime, cost savings initiatives, and energy consumption reduction
- Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
- Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to deliver seamless service to clients
- Deliver on regional / site / SBG operational budgets, including achieving contractual savings targets and monthly / quarterly budget adherence
- Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and maintain updated savings tracker with proper documentation
- Drive energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teams
- Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals
Physical Demands And Work Environment :
Travel required approximately 20-30% depending on client or account requirementsOffice-based work environment with extensive computer use and data analysisRegular site visits requiring walking through various facility environments including manufacturing spacesAbility to access different areas of facilities including mechanical rooms and outdoor areasFrequent meetings with clients, site teams, and cross-functional partnersOccasional work in various environmental conditions during facility inspectionsRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required10+ years Facility Management experience requiredDemonstrated experience in people management and team leadershipStrong understanding of contract requirements and KPI managementProven track record of delivering operational budgets and savings targetsExperience with work order management systems and contractual performance metricsAbility to travel 20-30% as required by client and account needsPreferred Qualifications :
Engineering or related degree preferredManufacturing space experience preferredExperience with energy management programs and sustainability initiativesKnowledge of Project Management and Occupancy Planning functionsExperience working in integrated facility management environmentsFamiliarity with PEERs energy management systemsBackground in cross-functional team collaboration and global initiative implementationLocation : On-site Dallas, TX
