Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our restaurant and bar operations. The AGM is a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment and partners with the GM to ensure flawless execution, exceptional hospitality, and strong financial performance. This role is all about driving results while building culture—developing teams, maintaining standards, and creating memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service standards align with At Fault's brand values.
- Act as Manager on Duty, troubleshooting guest issues and supporting staff in real time.
- Ensure smooth coordination with pickleball courts, events, and arcade to deliver seamless multi-venue service.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and coach FOH leaders, servers, bartenders, and support staff.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest obsession.Support scheduling, shift coverage, and labor cost management in line with weekly targets.Financial & Business Management
Assist in monitoring budgets, labor %, COGS, and overall P&L performance.Partner with GM on weekly scorecards, forecasting, and vendor negotiations.Help execute promotions, events, and special programming to drive traffic and sales.Compliance & Standards
Uphold health, safety, and alcohol compliance standards.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across all FOH spaces.Enforce policies consistently and fairly while modeling "Do the Right Thing."Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars; multi-concept or entertainment venue experience a plus.Proven ability to manage large FOH teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong financial acumen and ability to read and act on P&L data.Guest-centric mindset with a passion for hospitality and team development.Flexible schedule—nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the game.What We Offer
