We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team and help build a home care agency from the ground up.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies, sales, and marketing plans.
• Provide compassionate and client-focused care, ensuring high ethical standards.
• Manage HR functions and build strong client relationships.
• Adapt to the challenges and rewards of a startup environment, including working flexible and sometimes odd hours.Qualifications :
