Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the global mobility and immigration program, focusing on policy development and compliance

Oversee program financials, including budget forecasting and reporting to leadership

Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments and relocations, providing expert guidance to employees

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of mobility management experience in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of global immigration, expatriate tax, and global payroll aspects of assignments

Deep knowledge of expat taxation and corporate tax ramifications

Experience in global assignment financial management and compliance

Strong technical aptitude with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
