What We are Looking For :

Bender Companies is looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician . Ideal candidates should be hard-working, reliable, honest, and excited to join the team. Organizational and maintenance skills are required. Candidates must also be self-motivated and be able to take direction well.

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation :

• $18-$24 per hour
• $1000 bonus (paid after waiting period)

What you will be doing :

As a Maintenance Technician you will be tasked with the upkeep and maintenance of our property. In this role you will be working closely with the technician team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner, as well as keeping residents up to date and informed throughout the maintenance process.
