This position is for a Program Manager Level 4 within the Airborne Mission Systems portfolio. The PM will be responsible for managing multiple contracts in support of cross-business areas to include LM Missiles & Fire Controls, Aero and Sikorsky. The selected applicant will have overall programmatic responsibility for the execution of the build programs and will be the direct interface to the customer. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of planned CDRL and program deliveries, tracking program cost, schedule, and performance in addition to identifying risks, providing mitigation plans, and collecting and analyzing program metrics. The PM will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion including coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, and operating budgets. The PM will participate in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, and financial terms / conditions. The selected applicant will prepare for, participate in, and present at Program Management Reviews and Program Status Reviews. The PM will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program issues, and implement solutions. This assignment requires significant organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
