Executive Director Of Continuing Education
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all non-credit workforce, professional, and personal development programs across the college district. Responsible for the overall management, growth, and financial sustainability of the Continuing Education division, ensuring its alignment with the college's mission and the economic needs of the community. The executive director oversees all continuing education program areas, including curriculum development, marketing, enrollment management, budget administration, and staff supervision. This position reports directly to the associate vice president for continuing education.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort :
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and / or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in a higher education or a continuing education setting.
Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning, and program development.
Preferred :
Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Compensation Type : Salary

Hiring Minimum $101,890.00
Hiring Maximum $122,268.00
Compensation is determined based on experience.
