Job Description

Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure operational and financial objectives are met. Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value. Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and other departments to optimize property performance. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for asset improvement or acquisitions. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager should have : experience in property management or asset management within the property industry. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify growth opportunities. A proactive and results-driven approach to managing assets.
