A company is looking for a HEDIS Analytics Specialist (Remote-NC).
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources including SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms
Build and maintain robust data models using Power BI and design interactive dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights while ensuring data governance best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Four (4) years of experience in Power BI or data reporting
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for large healthcare datasets
Experience in data modeling, validation, and standardization
Knowledge of US healthcare data models and related databases
