- Be the go-to expert on all vehicle features, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Personalize the vehicle delivery experience, ensuring clients are familiar with its operational features.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
