Now Hiring : Microsoft Purview Data Governance Specialist
Remote (U.S. only) | Contract through 12 / 31 / 2025
We’re seeking a Microsoft Purview Data Governance Specialist to support the execution of a comprehensive data governance strategy. This role will focus on implementing and managing Microsoft Purview capabilities including data cataloging, classification, lineage, and quality across cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Purview (Data Map, Unified Catalog, Workflows)
- Integrate Purview with Azure, M365, and other data sources
- Support data quality initiatives : profiling, scoring, remediation, and reporting
- Apply sensitivity labels, encryption, and protection policies
- Provide training and documentation to drive adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align governance with compliance needs
