Manage and oversee the daily operations of the maintenance staff across multiple properties. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure adherence to best practices and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify necessary repairs or preventive maintenance. Prioritize and assign repair tasks; track and monitor the completion and quality of work performed. Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and vendors to facilitate renovations, repairs, and other maintenance projects. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives within the maintenance operations. Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
