NOW HIRING A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR IN FAYETTEVILLE, AR

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the property's maintenance team and overseeing the physical upkeep of the community. This role ensures all maintenance operations, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turns, are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. The Maintenance Supervisor also manages vendor relationships, coordinates staff schedules, and ensures safety compliance.

WHAT WILL I DO?

• Supervise and lead the property's maintenance team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, unit make-readies, and curb appeal to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and parts, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Diagnose complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, and perform or delegate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Assist the Property Manager with budgeting for maintenance operations, capital improvements, and vendor services.
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, buildings, and equipment, addressing issues proactively.
