The Position : The Maintenance Manager is the eyes and ears of a property’s daily performance and is largely responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of a well-run property. A successful Maintenance Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.

The Property : The Landing Fayetteville is a unique housing community consisting of 270 units and 504 beds, designed with University of Arkansas students in mind.

This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.

The compensation range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.
