Key Responsibilities

  • Define high-level AOCS architecture and optimize design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain AOCS system and software requirements.
  • Design and implement Fault Detection, Isolation, and Recovery (FDIR) strategies.
  • Establish verification and validation strategies for AOCS requirements.
  • Support for the entire AOCS lifecycle including commissioning and in-orbit fine-tuning.
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and hardware teams for seamless integration.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Support mission leadership and communicate with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AOCS development and systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of spacecraft dynamics, control systems, and AOCS principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AOCS system development.
  • Proficiency in requirements management, traceability tools, and validation processes.
