At Legal Intake Professionals, our Legal Intake Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients. In this in-office position, you'll manage a high volume of phone calls, providing a supportive and empathetic experience to every person who calls. Your sharp listening skills and ability to accurately document details will be essential to your success.

We're looking for a personable and well-spoken professional to join our team. No prior experience is necessary we'll provide all the training you need. What's most important is your positive attitude and your dedication to helping people. Bilingual skills (especially in Spanish) are a plus!

What we're looking for :

• Strong communication, verbal and written
• A professional phone voice that conveys care and concern
• Attention to detail, including excellent active-listening and fast, accurate typing skills
• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
