Summary / Objective

As a Records & Information Management Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of our records and data. This position supports smooth business operations by managing document workflows, retention schedules, and interdepartmental communications.

Position Responsibilities

  • Mail & Document Handling

Sort, log, and distribute mail and packages throughout the building

  • Track and maintain records of incoming / outgoing mail
  • Operate and maintain mail service equipment (postage machine, inserter, scanners)
  • Records Management

    • Prepare, scan, and index accounts receivable, claims, legal documents, and daily mail

  • Shred documents per Document Retention Guidelines
  • Investigate and route claims forms appropriately
  • Manage returned mail and update member information workflows
  • Administrative Support

    • Deliver supplies for small mailing projects

  • Respond to requests for supplies and printer / copier support
  • Assist departments with documentation for mail services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours / day)
  • Frequent repetition of tasks
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
