Administrative Coordinator
Trellis Supportive Care is seeking an energetic and compassionate Administrative Coordinator t o provide administrative coordination in a variety of day-to-day functions that support the goals of the Clinical Education team and Compliance and Quality department.
Schedule :
- Full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 8a - 5p

The ideal candidate will have :
Two (2) years of college or business school or the equivalent in experienceExperience in a health care or hospice preferredExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracyExceptional interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, including correct grammar and punctuation usageHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 and proficiency in compiling and tracking statistical informationResponsibilities Include :
Provide general clerical duties such as invoicing, filing, organization of records / documentation, creating and modifying documents, reports, memos, letters, schedules, presentations using word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software, etc.Arrange and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, handouts, presentations, spreadsheets and documents needed for meetingsAssist with coordination of department sponsored eventsAssist with the coordination of new hire orientation including; create schedules, coordinate speakers, assemble new hire materials and notebooks, work with HR on new employee needs, work with clinical managers to create orientation schedule / experienceAssist with coordination and compliance tracking of professional growth & required training classes including; CPR, hospice certification classes, maintenance of classes and data in agency's Learning Management SystemScheduling, distribution, and creation of monthly staff Compliance newsletterManage student nurse and other contractsProvide back-up phone and front desk coverage for the receptionist in rotation with other administrative assistantsAnswer telephones and transfer calls compassionately and appropriatelyGreet, direct and interact with visitors and vendors using exceptional customer serviceMaintain confidentiality and privacy for patients, families and employeesBuild harmonious working relationships with vendors, coworkers, and the general publicCommunicate with patients, families and all employees in a professional and courteous mannerRespect differences in beliefs and culturesAwareness of diversity and belonging is incorporated into daily practicesFor information about this and other positions contact Charlotte Akers, Talent Acquisition Manager at Trellis Supportive Care .
