Technical Recruiter
This is a 3-month contract with possibility of extension
In this role, you will partner with our recruiting team to build and execute strategies that identify and engage top talent at the earliest stages of the recruiting process. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and pipeline development—helping to ensure a strong flow of qualified candidates across a variety of roles while maintaining a focus on building diverse teams and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do :
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and talent profiles across multiple teams.
- Manage the top of the recruiting funnel, including sourcing, resume and application review, and conducting initial pre-screen conversations with candidates.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, events, Slack communities, and other tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs to recruiters and hiring teams.
- Track key sourcing metrics and KPIs (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and candidate pipeline health) to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
- Regularly report out on sourcing activity and pipeline progress to recruiting partners, leveraging data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new sourcing channels, tools, and creative strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
- Support projects that enhance the candidate experience and overall recruiting efficiency.

What We Are Looking For :
3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines and engage with both active and passive talent inclusive of those at the executive level.Experience recruiting for highly technical or specialized roles is preferredData-driven mindset with a strong understanding of how to track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to demonstrate impact.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships across teams.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Creative and resourceful in finding and engaging candidates through a variety of channels.A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with dedication to a positive candidate experience.
