Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound support inquiries via phone, email, web, and a ticketing systemLog and track client issues and time spent using internal support systemsProvide troubleshooting and guidance to clients, resolving issues or escalating as neededConduct virtual and on-site training sessions to help clients use the system effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and resolve system limitationsQualifications
Experience working in a County Treasurer's Office (Iowa preferred) or familiarity with Treasurer workflows1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyProficient in Microsoft Office 365 applicationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experiencePreferred Qualifications
