Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures for construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Provide safety training and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors. Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for all projects. Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns and develop proactive solutions. Conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate potential hazards. Serve as a key point of contact for safety-related inquiries and updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have :

• 2+ years of safety experience within the construction industry
• A strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards in the construction industry.
• Experience in developing and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze risks and recommend practical solutions for hazard mitigation.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing safety concerns.
