Responsibilities

Connects business needs to learning solutions. Designs learning journeys and programs based on analysis, strategy & performance gaps. Diagnoses performance gaps and recommending strategic learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions :

• Lead comprehensive learning needs assessments for cross-functional or enterprise initiatives.
• Diagnose complex performance issues and recommend integrated solutions beyond training when appropriate.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning learning strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Influence content design decisions to ensure alignment with learning principles and business impact.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data, ROI metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
