Front Desk / Guest Service Representative
As a Front Desk Associate at Home2 Suites by Hilton, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide information and assistance throughout their stay. Our Front Desk Associates are the first impression our guests have with our business and it is essential that they create a positive first impression with a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor in order to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Hours : 3pm -11pm. Must be available evenings, some weekends and holidays.
The primary responsibility of our Guest Service Representative is to deliver excellent customer service while interacting with guests during the check-in and check-out procedure.
