Assist attorneys in preparation of documents in all aspects of litigation (correspondence, pleadings, briefs, discovery), calendar meetings, depositions, hearings and trials, as well as respective due dates. Detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and electronic filing procedures; proficient with Microsoft Office, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel; FoxIt pdf software application; preparation of tables of contents / authorities.

Must haves : Strong attention to detail; resourceful / self starter / takes initiative

MS Word advanced features skills, including preparation of TOA and TOC

Excellent communication, organization and administrative skills

Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
