We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager who’s eager to grow with us! In this role, you’ll focus on leasing, resident retention, and delivering outstanding customer service across a portfolio of scattered-site single-family rentals.

Over the last eight years, HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh has increased from two partners and a vision to 30 full-time team members who have now bought and sold over 1,000 homes.

In the last few years, we have shifted our focus to building out a rental portfolio and have grown it to over 200+ units. With more than 20 years of combined experience, we are a company that is passionate about creating exceptional living experiences for our tenants. Compensation :

$50,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Leasing :  Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry, property showings, application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
• Renewals & Retention :  Assist with lease renewals with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Administrative Support :  Process utility payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with general office duties as needed.
• Maintenance Coordination :  Work with internal maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely, quality service.
• Resident Relations :  Provide responsive communication and solutions to maintain high resident satisfaction.
