A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support and educate customers on their longevity journey by becoming a product expert
Respond to patient inquiries across various channels to maximize satisfaction
Collaborate with clinical teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
Certified health coach certification or relevant education / experience in health coaching
Education or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field
Ability to work consistently between the hours of 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
Interest in the anti-aging / longevity movement
