Title : ACT Therapist or LGSW Clinical Trainee

FLSA Status : Full-time, Salary, Exempt

Location : St. Paul, MN

Purpose :

This position provides comprehensive, community-based services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring chemical dependency as part of Guild's Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, recovery-oriented, and strength-based therapeutic interventions to enhance client functioning and quality of life while minimizing hospitalizations and external resource reliance. The ACT Therapist also works closely with the Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based therapies for clients with SPMI and co-occurring disorders in community-based settings.
• Assess and monitor the mental health needs of clients, including completing diagnostic assessments, and updating treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other service providers and natural supports, ensuring clear communication and coordination of services.
• Actively participate in team meetings and care conferences to discuss client progress and share insights with team members.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development activities, continuing education, and supervision as required by licensure and team needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support client care and department operations.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $72,000 annually. The range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the position. Compensation will depend on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and relevant education, training, and certifications.
