Job Purpose
- Provide ownership, coordination and management of all moves and relocations, MAC lead changes and power and data changes where required within the Moves & Changes delivery stream up to the value of $100K
- Managing sub-contractors, client engagement, cost management and quality control
- Maintain all financial tracker administration duties required, within MAC functions
- Collect proposals for work and communicate costs to stakeholders for approval
- Submit all required documents and obtain approvals for all work to be completed
- Provide support to the wider team as and when required to assist with the smooth running of the MAC services
- Occupancy updates and uploads post move in Webcore
- Communicate last minute requests and changes to all responsible workstreams and team members
Qualifications / Experience
Ideally the candidate should have extensive knowledge within the MAC arena, including an understanding of interior fit out and office relocationsExperience completing projects as part of a larger teamExcellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Occupancy Management systems (Webcore) required with the ability to learn new technology and systemsKey Results Areas - Operational
Maintain excellent relationships with Client stakeholders to ensure all client expectations are metProvide an outstanding Colleague experience throughout the MAC delivery processManage the ISS sub-contractors to ensure all work is completed to the highest possible standards, within budget and in a timely manner to meet client expectationsInteract with finance team to ensure a vendor PO's are provided to vendors for work performedWork directly with space planning team to ensure all existing and proposed drawings are issued for client approval prior to works being carried outEnsure that the occupancy data held in WebCore is maintained and updated once moves have been completed. Liaise with the portfolio optimization team on a regular basis ensuring system is up to date at all times, and that all works fall in line with the Portfolio Optimization strategyEnsure that all costs for moves are submitted to the relevant requestor for approval in a timely mannerObtain clients stakeholder approvals and IFN approvals for all MAC work quotations prior to the start of any workMaintaining MAC and project trackers using the ISS tool kit to ensure all works, sanctioned costs, approval dates, vendor quotes and final costs including all relevant ISS mark ups are logged in the projects trackerProvide move information to all parties involved in the moves and changes, including but not limited to plans, move packs and contact listsLiaising with the wider ISS teamPrioritizes urgent requests and provides immediate attention until resolvedCo-ordinate access permits and enabling works for any ad-hoc requirementsApproval of e-permits, access permits and contractor RAMS for MAC worksManaging and signing off of contractors out of hours whilst work is taking placeEnsure all Health and Safety documentation is in place and filed following completion of projectsProduce MS Project programs for large scale movesClient Relationships
Maintain regular contact with the client representatives to review and resolve operational mattersRespond rapidly to short term operational issuesProvide regular updates and management information as requiredHealth and Safety / Environment

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00 per year - $167,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
