Role- EPIC MyChart Development SME

Location - Dallas, Texas(onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration : Manage and maintain Epic Client Systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• MyChart Development : Design, develop, and customize MyChart web applications to meet organizational and patient needs, including patient portal enhancements and user interface improvements.
• Support and Troubleshooting : Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for MyChart-related issues, resolving technical problems and ensuring seamless user experiences for patients and providers.
• Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MyChart with other Epic modules and third-party systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.
• Configuration and Optimization : Configure MyChart features, including patient messaging, appointment scheduling, and telehealth capabilities, to align with organizational goals.
• Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users, including clinicians and administrative staff, on MyChart functionality.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure MyChart and Epic systems comply with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards, implementing robust security measures.
• Project Management : Lead or contribute to MyChart-related projects, including upgrades, new feature rollouts, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic ECSA or similar role.

Epic ECSA certification required.

Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for MyChart customization.
