Quality Manager ISO 9001 Compliance

What You'll Do
- Lead Quality System Oversight : Maintain and enhance our ISO 9001-certified QMS, ensuring alignment with business operations and regulatory standards.
- Audit Management : Plan and execute internal audits, coordinate third-party surveillance audits, and drive corrective actions to uphold certification.
- Documentation Control : Update and manage procedures and forms across departments to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting : Organize annual management reviews, track quality objectives, and maintain calibration records for tools and equipment.
- Corrective Action Leadership : Manage CARs and SCARs, perform root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams, and communicate resolutions to customers.
- Customer & Supplier Collaboration : Respond to compliance documentation requests (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) and maintain templates for efficient turnaround.
- Cross-Functional Engagement : Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
What You Bring
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and quality system management.Experience with corrective action processes and root cause analysis.Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliance.Excellent written communication skills for customer-facing documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SharePoint and Power BI experience is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Why Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.
