A well-established and growing organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources Manager at their corporate office in Newtown, PA.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations. Specific duties include :
HRIS Administration :
Manage employee data, payroll, and reporting within the ADP Workforce Now system.
Ensure data accuracy and respond to system-related inquiries.
Data Entry :
Accurately input and maintain employee records in HR systems.
Ensure all employee information is current and error-free for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.
Payroll Support :
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
Verify timecards, address discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
Benefits Administration Support :
Provide assistance during open enrollment periods and benefits audits.
Help employees navigate benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in a professional manner.
General Administrative Duties :
