We are searching for the best talent to join our Surgery R&D process team as an Innovation Productivity Sr. Manager to support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance R&D efficiency and accelerate innovation. This position can be located in Raritan, NJ, Cincinnati, OH, and Irving, TX.

Purpose

This role will focus on analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements through advanced technologies and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws / regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current R&D processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of productivity-enhancing initiatives across product development and lifecycle maintenance.
• Apply data analytics and AI tools to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Document and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $174,500 to $235,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
