We are partnering with a digital agency in need of a Paid Search Manager to oversee strategy and execution across major search platforms. This role combines hands-on campaign management with client communication, performance analysis, and team leadership. You'll drive results through optimization, testing, and collaboration across channels. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Chicago.

Paid Search Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead Paid Search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and related products
• Manage budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and optimizations
• Serve as the client-facing lead, sharing insights and recommendations
• Oversee campaign setup, KPI tracking, and reporting
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth
