Overview : A full-time CLINIC DIRECTOR / Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position is now available in our Outpatient Rehab Department in New Canaan, CT.

    • Qualifications :

    A successful Clinic Director will :

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide physical therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Outpatient setting with a preference of a clinical specialization
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing an Outpatient rehabilitation department
