We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Jr. Assembly Technician to support paint prep and masking operations. The Junior Assembly-Masking / Paint role is responsible for preparing parts for painting by applying and removing masking materials with accuracy. This position requires steady hands, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position that is ideal for someone wanting to start a career in manufacturing and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply masking tape, plugs, and protective covers per specifications.
• Prepare parts by cleaning, sanding, or inspecting surfaces.
• Remove masking after paint without damaging parts.
• Follow drawings and instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
