This Manufacturing Engineer will drive manufacturing process improvement efforts for capital projects for new production lines, associated with industrial power delivery system components. This is a rapidly growing company across a spectrum of industrial and commercial market verticals.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead process improvements and lean manufacturing projects for production involving heavy industrial fabrication (metalworking, enclosures), electrical assembly, and systems integration for packaged power solutions (power systems experience not required)
- Identify and implement updates to equipment, tooling, and procedures that reduce downtime and improve flow.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to shop floor operations, manufacturing and test teams.
- Collaborate with engineering to interpret technical drawings and sales specs for manufacturability
- Train production staff on updated procedures and best practices.
- Help plan manpower, equipment, and workflow to meet production schedules.
- Own metrics tied to process efficiency, quality, and delivery.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).Strong background in manufacturing engineering, especially within a hands-on environment.Experience with lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).Experience leading capital projects for manufacturingExcellent communication and documentation skills—comfortable bridging gaps between engineering and operations.Please Note : Qualified candidates must possess US Citizenship or US Greencard work status due to ITAR compliance requirements.
