Job Description
Timeframe : June 1 August 21, 2026 and able to work in a hybrid work environment.
The Role
We're looking for a Summer Intern to join Automotive Tuning Tools to help build our future release pipeline to deploy our tools into the hands of our global teams of tuning engineers. Our team ensures that the tools used to shape the sound of Bose products are reliable, easy to access, and supporting the most recent advancements in our audio signal processing abilities.
In this role, you will :
Design and improve release infrastructure to package and distribute MATLAB- and Python-based engineering tools.
Build connections into CI / CD pipelines to automate testing, validation, and deployment processes.
Partner with audio tuning engineers and software developers to ensure that new features can be rapidly and reliably delivered to teams worldwide.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be / have :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Music Technology
Strong proficiency in MATLAB and familiarity with Python
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and build / deployment pipelines
Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in software development is a plus, but not required.
Clear communicator who can collaborate with both software developers and applied engineers.
Eagerness to learn and apply best practices in release engineering and DevOps.
Detail-oriented and motivated to improve how tools are delivered and adopted.
