LHH has a client who needs a Construction Program Manager who can Own end-to-end delivery of datacenter construction projects with minimal oversight. Bring deep expertise in construction managementsafety, cost control, scheduling, and vendor management. Operate strategically and tactically, balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day execution. Influence and communicate effectively across vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams as the single point of contact.
What Youll Do :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $100M.
- Oversee project safety, quality, cost, and schedule while aligning execution of datacenter development strategy.
- Develop and maintain best practices to implement cost-effective, scalable solutions across Operations Construction projects.
- Manage selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners.
- Drive decision-making processes, applying influence, negotiation, and strategic thinking to recommend effective solutions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings with vendors, cost managers, and project partners, incorporating lessons learned into ongoing execution.
- Regularly review KPIs, cost metrics, invoices, and policy / process communications with client partners.
- Report project progress weekly (or as required) on scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Lead accountability for safety, fiscal responsibility, vendor management, and contract compliance.
- Prepare RFPs, PERs, and approval documentation while validating vendor costs, change orders, and pay applications.

What You Bring :
High School qualification (or equivalent) and 6+ years experience in datacenter construction or mission-critical environments, or equivalent experience.At least 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects with cross-functional teams and independently meeting deadlines.Strong expertise in construction management including cost control, schedule management, and safety oversight.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, vendors, and contract compliance.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment on solutions.Deep understanding of datacenter operations and mission-critical infrastructure delivery.Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusivity.
