Position : Pharmacist-in-Charge – OKC South

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM; on-call for emergencies

Overview :

Lead pharmacy operations at a 36-bed rehabilitation hospital serving patients recovering from stroke, brain / spinal injuries, amputations, and orthopedic conditions. Manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical and administrative pharmacy services.

Requirements :

Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Oklahoma

BS Pharmacy or PharmD

1+ year hospital pharmacy experience (full-time preferred)

Experience with EMR systems (RxConnect / Pinpoint) and automated dispensing machines (Pyxis ES preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management

Ensure compliance with JC, CIHQ, CMS, DEA, and State Board standards

Verify and dispense medications; oversee technician work

Participate in quality improvement, medication reconciliation, and clinical pharmacy services

Manage inventory and purchasing

Environment & Perks :

Business casual or black scrubs; report at 8 AM to People Services Director
