Attorney

Job description : Associate attorney with 2 or more years of no-fault defense experience. The attorney is assigned a number of files and works with the team lead to complete tasks including drafting legal documents, attending hearings and depositions, and assisting with trial.

Pay range and bonus structure : Commensurate with experience ($85,000 to $180,000 range plus discretionary bonus).

Location : Preferably on-site in Troy, MI, but may be able to arrange a day at home per week if necessary and depending on the candidate.

Culture : Busy firm handling mainly PIP and BI cases for National insurance carriers. We collaborate and work in teams.
