We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Leave of Absence Analyst to join our HR Operations team. This role will be instrumental in managing employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies-including the new Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program-and administering wage supplementation calculations. The incumbent will also support payroll processing and reporting functions related to leave events. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments to enhance the employee experience.

Key Accountabilities

Leave of Absence Administration (50%)

• Administer and track employee leaves including FMLA, PFML (effective 1 / 1 / 2026), short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave eligibility, documentation, and status updates
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota PFML regulations, including employee notice requirements

Payroll Support (40%)

Compliance & Reporting (10%)

Required Qualifications

3+ years of related work experience, including experience administering and managing leave cases with demonstrated knowledge of FMLA leaves

Preferred Qualifications

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $61,500 - $105,400. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $61,500 - $92,190. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
