Overview and Duties : Supports project information specialist tasks with emphasis on facilities / AV. Key duties include :
- Assisting in policy creation / implementation; evaluating / recommending program improvements.
- Managing agency project report library; providing staff training / technical assistance.
- Setting up conference / training rooms; troubleshooting AV (connectivity, presentations); creating / editing AV content.
- Handling files / boxes; supporting office / facilities / HR / security to enable CLIENT's global outreach.
Qualifications :
At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.Experience managing project report libraries.Proficient in IT / databases; excellent communication; innovative customer service.Physical ability for files / boxes.AV setup / troubleshooting.College degree required in business / information management or related certifications.Place of Performance : Arlington, VA 22209 (full-time on-site).
