As a Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Durham, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an important part of maintaining a secure environment at a healthcare location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. You will respond to incidents as needed, document your observations, and communicate clearly with both team members and those you assist. Delivering exceptional customer service is a key part of your responsibilities, as you support the well-being of everyone in the facility. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
