Job Responsibilities include :
Working both independently and collaboratively to support cutting-edge Oncology drug discovery biology programs.
Develop and execute mechanistic in vitro cellular assays to characterize mechanism of action of Client compounds.
Cell culture maintenance, cryopreservation, validation, and inventory management.
Maintain detailed and organized records of protocols and experimental results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to advance programs.
Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data in team meetings.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Biology, Molecular / Cell Biology, biochemistry or a related discipline, with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture including expertise in aseptic technique, culture optimization, cell counting, cryopreservation, and validation methods.
Experience in managing or supporting cell banking, and familiarity with databases such as Mosaic, would be a plus but not required.
Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and a range of biology skill sets including in vitro cell assay development, plate-based assays, Western blotting, protein quantification, ELISA, MSD, transfections, lentiviral transductions, siRNA / shRNA / CRISPR, qPCR, and viability assays.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional collaborative team.
Strong proficiency in workload planning, prioritization, organization, time management, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
Experience utilizing electronic notebooks is preferred, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to develop new skills, and possesses a positive attitude.
