Job Description Signal Tru Brand is seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to support the development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This position plays a key role in executing client strategies, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth of our brand and client portfolios.

Responsibilities Assist in the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends

Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams

Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials

Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Support event planning, brand activations, and promotional initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging

Ensure alignment between client expectations and campaign execution

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign coordination

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
