Federal Bid and Proposal Writer (Fairfax, VA HQ)

MANDEX currently has a need for the Federal Proposal Writer based in Fairfax, VA, Headquarters. The Federal Proposal Writer plays a pivotal role in driving the proposal development process. This position involves developing, writing, and reviewing proposals while ensuring compliance with government contract regulations.

The Federal Proposal Writer will collaborate with the Capture Manager, business development teams, and executives to develop proposal content that meets all requirements, maintains high quality, and positions the company for success.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, write, and review proposals to ensure compliance with government contract regulations.
• Collaborate with the Capture Manager, business development teams, and executives to develop proposal content.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents to ensure full understanding of client needs and requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project managers to develop and write clear, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals.
