About the Opportunity : We're seeking a motivated Principal Consultant to manage our on-going relationships with our Maritime customers where you drive account strategy, guide high-performing delivery teams, and shape new opportunities to modernize how these vital organizations operate. This is a strategic leadership role focused on customer success, engagement growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of maritime and naval sector customers, ensuring high satisfaction, renewal, and expansion
• Drive solution design and executionfrom initial scoping to post-implementation support and enablement
• Lead discovery and engagement efforts, identifying new opportunities for products and services
• Partner with customers to uncover operational challenges and improvement opportunities, offering recommendations and insights informed by best practices and industry trends
• Analyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to the prioritization of process improvements
• Lead teams of consultants and technical specialists, setting direction and ensuring excellence in delivery
